1 week minimum required to book for Monday-Thursday pick up, 3 week minimum for Friday (WEEKENDS RESERVED FOR ORDERS $800+ or FULL SERVICE DECOR). Pick up location will be provided once your order has been confirmed. Times for pick up are 11:00am & 4:00pm.
All Sales are Final. If your preferred pick up date is not available, you will be contacted to select a new date. Payment may be applied toward a future order if your preferred date is not available.
DISCLAIMER: Balloons are fragile by nature and may pop. Balloon lifespan is not guaranteed once your balloons have been picked up. In many cases, if kept in temperature controlled environments, balloon garlands may last days to weeks. Balloon garlands will be made with professional grade balloons only, in order to provide you with the highest quality decor for your event. ***Air-filled balloon garlands do not float, as they do not have helium. DO NOT INHALE HELIUM. Remove any broken or popped balloons, & supervise children at all times around balloons.
