What better way to celebrate a milestone? A balloon ”bouquet” arrangement is a small latex base that is approximately 1-2ft tall, with a Mylar foil balloon on top! This is similar to a mini column, just more customized to your celebrations. Most commonly, foil balloons are a number celebrating a birthday, however they can be a decorative foil balloon, a jumbo latex balloon, or you can even personalize your topper with a vinyl decal!
